- This tour package can only be arranged with a minimum of 6 pax (adult) and above.
- Tour starts at 8.00 am, pick up from your hotel in KL
- Hotel room shall be on twin sharing equivalent to 3 star rating
- Children rate apply from 3 years to below 12 years

- Package rates are not applicable during Malaysia festival season celebration & school holiday where a surcharge maybe imposed by hotel.
- Booking must be made 15 working days prior to visit date, and 50% deposit is required upon confirmation of booking. Balance of payment due must be paid within 7 days before tour commence. Any lesser of 15 days booking, full payment is required.
- In event of cancellation made in 7 days before a tour activity, a 50% of payable sum will be refunded, however, No refund shall be made if any cancellation in within 48 hours or in the event of NO SHOW, or any goods and services that are not utilized. All booking payment must be made by bank’s telegraphic transfer or by VISA or MASTERCARD in favor of GLOBALONE ASSIST TRAVEL SDN BHD, CIMB BANK BERHAD, A/C No. 8001478929. ( a final details invoice will be send over to you via emai).
- Participating guest in our organized tours holidays shall be responsible on their own risk inclusive of injury or loss of belonging.
- We will not be liable of any incidental expenses that you may have incurred as a result of the purchase of your tour such as visas, vaccinations, non-refundable flights or loss of enjoyment, etc.
- In event the tour is cancelled due to weather or unforeseen circumstances, a reschedule date will be arranged for you to choose, or seek refund sum from us minus any paid sum to service provider.
