Terms & Conditions
- The service rate include of fuel, toll charges, parking fee chauffeur driver in Kuala Lumpur and Selangor state. However service to Melaka can be arranged with request.
- The rates exclude extra hour usage, any entrance fees into parks, buildings and rides and midnight surcharge. Midnight surcharge is 30% on service rendered in between 0001hrs & 0600hrs.
- A reservation deposit of 20% on service rendered is required to confirm the booking OR you can book it with full payment.
- The service time begin from our chauffeur service reaches your pick up location in KL and Selangor area as stated in order form.
- A booking confirmation will be sent within 24 hours via email, after payment deposit is made. In the event the requested vehicle is not available, a similar vehicle shall be made available and allocate for you.
- Any exceeded hours from your original booking will be charged at 10% extra from your original booking base rate on hourly basis.
- We normally allow One hour waiting time at no charge for guests arrival at airport, should there is a flight delay, lost baggage, heavy traffic jam and unforeseen circumstances.
- Free cancellation and 100% Refund for cancellation made 24 hours before the chauffeur start. If cancellation is made less than 24 hours before the actual chauffeur start is MYR 200 cancellation fees.
